Arsenal cut Liverpool's lead at the top of the Premier League to two points thanks to goals from Jesus and Bukayo Saka at City Ground, with Taiwo Awoniyi grabbing a late consolation strike. After the match, striker Jesus sent a message to the Gunners' fans after his third Premier League goal of the season.

WHAT GABRIEL JESUS SAID

The former Manchester City man told TNT Sports about Arsenal's fans: "It is all about trust, I arrived at the club with patience and desire to improve, I think I am doing good. Unfortunately I have been injured, but I don't want [that].
